I was gonna use my C25K app. However, it rained and got really wet outside. So, I couldn't do it. So, I didn't exercise. I just magically made myself sweat. Nah, just kidding. Instead I walked up and down stairs 100 times. Well, needed to exercise someway, so walking up and down stairs I guess would do it.
However, there are seriously times I feel I sweat easily. |
